PepperBall® Launcher Operator’s Course – Town of Rimbey

Kardash Consulting will be holding a PepperBall® Launcher Operator’s Course in the Town of Rimbey.

This course has received full accreditation from the Public Safety & Emergency Services Training Academy.

Please Note: PepperBall Operators are now required to recertify annually. Those Peace Officers who have completed a previous TCP PepperBall course will not be able to complete an annual recertification course until the newly accredited full operator’s course has been completed. This newly accredited course has many policy and operational changes.

DATE(S): June 1-2, 2024

TIME: 0800hrs – 1630hrs each day or until we finish that day’s material

DETAILS:

Day 1:
0800hrs – 1200hrs classroom theory and group exercises
1300hrs – 1630hrs classroom theory and group exercises

Day 2:
0800hrs – 1200hrs classroom theory and group exercises
1300hrs – 1630hrs classroom theory, written exam, course of fire qualification practice on range, course of fire qualification on range, and practical training exercises on range.

This course will provide Peace Officers with the knowledge, experience required to effectively utilize and properly carry a PepperBall® launcher and provide the ability to obtain the authority to do so.

COST:

$675 per Participant (includes range fee). You or your municipality will be invoiced directly. Please make cheques payable to Kardash Consulting. E-transfers are accepted to wkardash1@gmail.com.

REQUIREMENTS:

Participants will be required to bring their own launchers, duty belts and holsters, munitions, and C02 cartridges. This course focuses on the new TRP PepperBall® launcher however the following devices are also included:

*TRP (Tactical Response Pistol)
*PPC (PepperBall Patrol Carbine)
*VKS PRO (Variable Kenetic System PRO)
*VKS PRO Plus (Variable Kenetic System PRO Plus)
*FTC (Full Tactical Carbine)
*TAC SA (Tactical Semi-automatic)
