De-escalation training for frontline staff

Post by Roy_Jensen » 28 May 2019, 11:17

No-one enters a government office to say, "Thanks for raising my taxes."

The sign saying, "ZERO TOLERANCE. We will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse towards our staff" is better at escalating situations than de-escalating them. And sometimes frustrated staff become part of the problem.
.
We are humbled and honored that Alberta Peace Officer's have recommended CTSS Canada to train county/municipal staff. We have trained summer staff, park staff, office staff, and managers in de-escalation strategies and self-defense. Both are one-day courses.

Please let your administration know that CTSS Canada has programs and can customize training for county/municipal staff.

Email info@CTSSCanada.ca for more information and to register.

Thanks!
